Harry Potter, the “boy who lived” and put the entire world under a spell, turns 37 on July 31, and Salt Lake Film Society is one of many local organizations planning to celebrate the wizard’s birthday.
SLFS will host Weekend at Dumbledore’s, a marathon of all eight Harry Potter films over the course of two days, July 28-30, Tower Theatre, 876 E. 900 South, $6.75 for each show (801-321-0310 or saltlakefilmsociety.org).

Utah Pacific Island Heritage Month kickoff
