You Are Your Own Limit

It took me a long time to understand that it is always your perception of your surrounding and of your proper self that will dictate in large part, how you act, what you feel and what you will achieve and get in life. Simply put, you are the one who sets your own limits. It has been often been demonstrated how optimism, confidence in yourself and faith can have a significant effect on your success.

I come across too many people who tell me that they feel they are “missing their life”.  They feel they are stuck and cannot really move ahead. Time simply goes by and there is nothing to do to alter this situation.

I strongly disagree. Obviously there are some individuals who face extreme health and financial problems and unfortunately cannot easily challenge the status quo. But most of us can. More than that, most of us should. We owe it to our self, to our mind, to our brain.

Many people might try to put roadblocks on our way and you will always need to fight to get where you want but at least make sure that you don’t fight with your own self.

You can learn and discover something from everyone. Every human being has something valuable to teach you, to share with you. Wherever they come from. Most importantly, all of us, even if we have not yet discovered it, have dreams and/or passion. Some people you speak to don’t know what they want to do in life but most of the individuals know what they don’t want to do. It is just a question of time and work to discover what you can and should do in your life. It is a process that we need to go through that will guide us then on the right path.

At the end of the day you are the one who decide. Looking at things with a positive outlook will create a difference. Life is too short not to try to do what you really feel. Change won’t happen in a day. But by being consistent and pushing the needle everyday a little bit further, we can do wonders.

“Victory is will” used to say Napoleon. Make sure yours is your advantage.
