Xbox One news includes Battlegrounds, Backwards Compatibility and Injustice 2

Xbox One fans can look forward to some big new launches this year, starting with Conan Exiles, followed by Injustice 2’s Starfire and at some point, PlayerUknown’s Battlegrounds.

A new live stream event is being planned for Monday, April 7, for Starfire, which will be the third DLC character released by NetherRealm Studios.

It seems likely that tomorrow will be when we find out the Starfire release date, with the Watchtower event scheduled to kick off at around 9pm, BST.

The description for the video on YouTube said: “As the next Queen of Tamaran, Princess Koriand’r found herself the victim of her fratricidal sister’s vengeful plot that resulted in their planet being conquered.

“Now a royal exile on Earth, Koriand’r uses her ability to absorb and convert ultraviolet energy as Starfire.”

Starfire is expected to have a release date in Injustice 2 sometime during August, players who have already purchased Fighter Pack 1 will get Starfire as part of their purchase.
