‘The Good Place’ Season 2 Finale Teased By Newcomer Luke Guldan

“The Good Place” is back to its delightfully evil antics. After ending last year’s finale with a show-stopping twist — revealing that [spoiler alert] the afterlife Kristen Bell’s Eleanor Shellstrop was in was actually The Bad Place — the NBC series picked up right where it left off during last week’s two-part fall premiere.

Ahead of the release of episode 3 on Thursday, actor Luke Guldan, who plays Bell’s new on-screen soulmate Chris Baker, a fitness-obsessed former mailman, dished to International Business Times what fans can expect from this year’s incarnation of the inventive dramedy.

Find out what Guldan teased The Good Place ruler Michael (Ted Danson) has in store for Eleanor, Chidi (William Jackson Harper), Tahani (Jameel a Jamil) and Jason (Manny Jacinto) this time around.

IBT: In what ways do you and Bell connect off-camera?

Luke: I think primarily through a mutual love of Ted Danson.

Luke: I guess its up to interpretation at this point. Youll have to wait and [see] this week’s episode.

IBT: Bell has teased that Season 2 is “totally different.” What differences can viewers expect and what scene or episode are you most excited for viewers to see?

Luke: I havent seen the entire season yet but I heard some great stuff about this year’s season finale too!

IBT: If you had to be sorted into The Good Place or The Bad Place, how do you think you would do?

Luke: It seems there is a gym in The Good Place so…
