Deana Paige, a loving wife and writer living in Mississippi, has completed her new book “Cajun Adventure: The Case for the Missing Birds”: a magnetizing tale about two strangers brought together by a common goal and ultimately finding themselves caught in an amorous attraction to each other.
Author Paige expresses a charming illustration of a romantic love that is relatable to those who have felt it: “Suddenly she senses she is not alone; she can feel someone else in the tall brush. Immediately she is fearful it is a poacher, knowing there is still a market for the highly prized feathers in Europe. Raising her hands, she pulls apart the tall grasses and searches the riverbank. Nothing upstream. Turning, she looks downstream. Standing among the grasses is a man. Silently she observes him. He is holding his camera with an impressive telephoto lens, snapping pictures of the birds. He seems to be unaware of her presence, so she continues to study him. His good looks catch her attention, and from her vantage point, she can tell he must be quite a bit taller than she; he has blond hair, which is in sharp contrast to his healthy tan. He seems to be near her age, as far as she can tell, and he boasts a fit physique.”
Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Deana Paige’s elegant narrative highlights the magic of two distinct individuals meeting together and instantly feeling a spark of interest.
Readers who wish to experience this enchanting craft can purchase “Cajun Adventure: The Case for the Missing Birds” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play, Kobo, or Barnes and Noble.
