Highlights of selected legislation covered in the newly updated protocol include:
“Resolution No. E 177 of April 11, 2017” sets new conditions and minimum requirements for the storage of hazardous waste.
- “Resolution No. 295 of November 10, 2003, as amended through Resolution No. 3345 of September 24, 2015” includes new tables establishing limits on moving, pushing, or pulling heavy objects.
- “Resolution No. 353 of September 9, 2016, as amended through Joint Order No. 4 & 5 of September 29, 2016” establishes a new a new improvement program for employers with high accident rates.
