SOCIAL GEAR PTE LTD has released an enhanced version of its community management software “Business+”. Available as a low-cost SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) offering suitable for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with limited resources, the new Business+ enables customer businesses to fully utilize the latest and greatest features of the Facebook and Instagram platforms through a drastically simplified administration interface. Technology and service customizations to Business+ are also available as managed service offerings to customers with advanced requirements.

A certified, multi-specialty Facebook Marketing Partner with advanced technical capabilities, SOCIAL GEAR designed Business+ to implement an innovative Online-to-Offline solution that enables customer businesses to optimize online campaigns to drive offline traffic and sales without any installation of special hardware such as beacons or point-of-sale (POS) terminals. Business+ also streamlines and where possible automates operations such as post creation including canvas, ad creation including the Facebook pixel implementation, and Facebook Messenger chat bot configuration—all from a central Product Catalog managed by the customer directly through an intuitive UI or synchronized with existing data managed in E-Commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.

Business+ will initially be made available as a limited release in a few select countries. A subsidiary of transcosmos inc.
