Snake River Sporting Club, a private residential and resort community designed for sporting and outdoor enthusiasts, is pleased to announce Phases I and II of “The Lodges,” an exclusive new offering comprised of 63 units bordered by the Bridger-Teton National Forest to the east and the Snake River to the west. Phase 1 Plat was recorded earlier this month.
These properties are covered under Teton County’s Resort Zoning, allowing owners to place their property into short-term property management when they are not being used by the owners. Resort Zoning is a rarity in Jackson Hole, adding yet another layer of allure to “The Lodges” when combined with the numerous amenities offered at Snake River Sporting Club. The new zoning is the result of the density transfer from the Astoria Hot Springs location as approved by Teton County in September 2015.
