Baxi brings over 24 years of global industry experience to Plutora. As VP of Customer Success, he will oversee Professional Services, Customer Success and Technical Support functions and drive customer retention across the Plutora portfolio.

Before joining Plutora, Baxi was head of Global Customer Success at Apttus Inc., a category defining quote-to-cash SaaS product company. A successful entrepreneur, Baxi founded and later sold an HR recruitment company after acquiring India’s largest companies as customers. Prior to that, Baxi led India operations for ThoughtWorks, a global agile software delivery services company, where he was responsible for the growth strategy, execution, customer satisfaction and overall corporate culture.
