Panasonic Avionic’s HQ has a new owner; Uptown Newport breaks ground – Orange County Register

Cushman & Wakefield in Irvine has completed the sale of the Panasonic Avionics’ headquarters at 26200 Enterprise Way in Lake Forest. Terms were not disclosed. The headquarters is part of a larger 18-acre, seven-building 500,000-square-foot campus for Panasonic. Barings Real Estate Advisers, part of Barings, sold the property to Drawbridge Realty, a San Francisco-based real estate investment company. A Cushman & Wakefield Irvine brokerage team of Jeffrey Cole, Ed Hernandez, and Nico Napolitano represented the seller in the disposition, with John Harty of the same office providing local market advisory.

Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group’s Newport Beach office has closed the sale of a 20-unit apartment complex at 4111 Green Ave. in Los Alamitos to Peace 33 for $8.4 million. Doug Rodermund and Grant Hahn represented the seller, Coastline Capital Partners, and Jay Skenderian represented the buyer in this transaction.

The firm also sold an eight-unit apartment complex in Long Beach for $1.4 million. Damien Breaux and Michael Sacks of the firm’s Newport Beach office represented the seller, Pine Avenue Apartments, in this transaction.
