Diablos defense, running game were the keys in 28-23 win over Santa Margarita.

3. Orange Lutheran 5-0 (228)

Ryan Hilinksi threw for 303 yards and four TDs, ran for another TD in 34-21 win over Heritage.

4. JSerra 5-0 (218)

Abdul-Malik McClain had a great night on offense and defense in Lions’ 32-10 victory over Los Alamitos.

5. Santa Margarita 4-1 (212)

Eagles, No. 4 last week, had two players, Chad Magyar and Josiah Norwood, rush for more than 100 yards, but that was not enough in 28-23 loss to Mission Viejo.

6. Servite 5-0 (199)

Friars averaged 44 points a game in nonleague games including 49-14 road win over Garfield of Los Angeles.

Tritons got a 14-0 win at Palos Verdes, which was ranked No. 7 last week in CIF-Southern Section Division 3.

Griffins could not keep up with Trinity League’s JSerra in 32-10 loss.
