Noto Insurance Advisors, a New Jersey based firm offering insurance and financial preparation services to communities in the greater Trenton metropolitan area, is announcing a charity effort in conjunction with several public assistance agencies to benefit abused, homeless, and underprivileged children in the region.

Dubbed ‘The Bag Project,’ this charity event will provide children recovering from traumatic experiences with premium bags of goodies, including age-appropriate necessities and personal items which many children in crisis are forced to do without. Noto Insurance Advisors is joined in this project by several partner organizations and agencies, including the NJ Department of Children and Family Division of Child Protection and Permanency, Homefront, Anchor House, and more.

“When Anupa, founder of The Bag Project, told me about this little three year old girl that was jumping up and down with glee after receiving her bag before leaving the shelter, it melted my heart,” says John Noto, owner and chief executive of Noto Insurance Advisors.

Noto and his team are working to generate publicity for the Bag Project charity event by connecting with local agencies and families over email and social media platforms. Additionally, Noto Insurance Advisors will be releasing a cover article on the event in the newest issue of the firm’s online Trenton area magazine “Our Hometown”: http://www.notoinsuranceadvisors.com/Our-Hometown-Magazine_39.

Noto Insurance Advisors is a senior affiliate of the “Agents of Change” interstate charity assistance coalition, and has worked with well over a dozen charitable organizations in the region over the last few years. Noto and his team are proudly following through on their consistent policy of assisting at least one new local charity every 90 days.
