I truly want to be a resource for the people in my community … I want to make sure you have everything you need to make your transitions as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When Kevin Hatcher lost three loved ones around the same time, he was inspired to do two things – spend more time with his family and create a local resource for people facing a life transition. Now he’s pleased to announce he’s doing both of those things with his new business, Caring Transitions of Ventura County.

Caring Transitions’ specially trained team can handle organizing, packing, de-cluttering, moving, resettling, in-person and online estate sales, liquidations, and preparing homes for market. Hatcher is a minority entrepreneur who has spent the last 23 years as a university administrator, director of athletics and faculty member. He holds three degrees – a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara, a M.S. from the University of Michigan and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Texas at El Paso. He’s also a certified administrator for adult residential facilities. Hatcher is launching this business with the support of his wife, Doreen, and their three children, Jasmine, Ellis and Jacqueline.
