New Memoir, Personal Growth Book Explores Path To Enlightenment Through Metaphor Of Veils

In “7 Veils: Mystical Secrets of a Feminine Path to Enlightenment” (published by Balboa Press), Meredith Zelman Narissi M.S., P.T.P., shares her inspirational memoir as a path of spiritual development. Through the metaphor of veils, each chapter “uncovers a mystical secret, guiding the reader ever-further into sacred realms of wisdom.”

“I had a numinous occurrence in meditation that changed my life,” Meredith reveals. “That experience, along with a lifelong passion for performing and teaching belly dance, illuminated a uniquely feminine approach to enlightenment which I wish to share. When the 7 ‘veils’ are removed, one is persuaded to see not only with the eyes, but with the soul.”

Including tales from both Narissi and other women, “7 Veils” illustrates how dance can change lives and deepen spiritual awareness. “When women find their feminine grace and power, it secures a path of feminine enlightenment for the little girls who will bring it into tomorrow. This retrieval of our collective soulful nature offers healing for all,” says Narissi.

Ancient wisdom traditions are woven throughout the narrative to further guide readers on their own soulful journey. Narissi hopes the reader will become spellbound within stories and insights, and awareness will unveil secrets of mysticism. Through seven symbolic veils, in stages of progression, the book invites transformation as a “spiritual questing toward bliss.”
