One of the biggest reasons for the merger between Morae and Clutch Group was the ability to combine the enormous talent from both companies to form a legal and compliance powerhouse.

Morae Global Corporation, a provider of end-to-end legal and compliance solutions, today announced it has named three professionals to market leadership positions within its Clutch Information Management, eDiscovery & Managed Service business. J. Brandon (J.B.) Costilow, Matt Jackson and Laura Jungels have all been appointed Managing Directors.

J.B. Costilow had been Vice President–Innovation at Clutch Group and previously had leadership roles in data analytics, process management, product development and knowledge development. He is a strategic and performance-focused leader with 17 years of experience generating sweeping and innovative improvements for his clients. In his new role, J.B. develops cutting edge technology solutions for Morae Global’s corporate clients as a key client service delivery leader. He is based in Charlotte, N.C.

Matt Jackson had been Associate Vice President & Head of U.S. Delivery at Clutch Group. He works closely with Fortune 500 clients to develop, implement, and execute on strategies dealing with large data issues prevalent in litigation and investigation matters and identify risk and compliance issues that many companies face. He is based in Chicago.

Laura Jungels had been Vice President of Services at Clutch Group. She is responsible for leading global litigation and investigations work with key corporate clients and is an internal expert on the effective use of analytics and predictive coding. She previously was in-house at Abbott Laboratories, where she implemented new strategies and processes for the Legal Division, including discovery. She is based in Chicago.
