KMB Design Group, a prominent national engineering firm, is happy to announce the promotion of three key leaders to new roles.

Kristin L. Heyser, a 15-year industry veteran and most recently Partner and Vice President of Operations at the company, has been promoted to Partner and Senior Vice President of Operations.

Steven M. Fox, Jr., a 20-year veteran of the field of HVAC building engineering and most recently Director of Facilities/MEP Engineering for the firm’s Facilities & Energy division, has been promoted to Vice President of Facilities/MEP Engineering.

Allison D. Kimball, P.E., a 20-year veteran of the field of engineering and most recently Director of Energy/Solar Engineering at the company, has been promoted to Vice President of Energy/Solar Engineering for the firm’s Facilities & Energy division.

Bray, P.E., President and COO of KMB Design Group. “We are proud to recognize the accomplishments of each of these individuals, and are confident they will continue to lead our company in their new roles as KMB continues to expand in these areas of expertise.”

Heyser has an extensive background within telecommunications, outside plant engineering, MEP engineering and the supporting business operations. Her career path has enabled her to contribute to the business in various roles, giving her the hands-on experience needed to make sound decisions regarding technology, policy, staffing and process improvements.

Fox’s professional experience spans all market sectors and varied system installations. He is experienced with acting as mechanical engineering lead from design concept through construction, and with leading multi-discipline teams in complex renovations as well as new construction. He is well-suited to handle a variety of LEED projects, having experience with LEED NC (new construction) and LEED CI (commercial interiors).
