Bott will be responsible for enhancing Inspirus’ global sales and business development strategy. He also leads Inspirus’ strategic account team ensuring that existing clients continuously benefit from an evolving set of relevant engagement solutions.
Bott joins Inspirus to continue the company’s success in helping clients transform the employee experience – from hiring to onboarding, training, development, recognition, safety and health in the workplace – with comprehensive engagement technology. Bott’s extensive knowledge in the industry along with his passion for cultivating sales teams and interacting with customers will further develop Inspirus’ growing portfolio of global accounts.
Bott brings strong expertise in cloud and SaaS solutions, global pipeline development and enterprise growth. He has held several leadership roles at technology companies, including Head of Business Development at O.C. Tanner.
