In Survey of Over 300 Retailers, Reflexis Ranked #1 Software Company in Retail in Multiple Categories

For the 12th consecutive year, retailers have rated Reflexis at the top in multiple categories of innovation, customer service, reliability, and return on investment, an unprecedented record. The results are based on a survey taken by more than 300 retailers who submitted more than 600 software vendor evaluations world-wide.

Called the annual RIS News Software LeaderBoard, this independent survey asks retailers to rate all of their software providers on a head to head basis and is often referred to as the “Oscars” of retail software companies.

“When Reflexis first appeared in the RIS News Software Leaderboard in 2006, the company had just a few customers,” said Joe Skorupa, Group Editor-in-Chief of RIS News. “It is quite impressive that as Reflexis has expanded its company and customer base to more than 250 retailers, the company continues to receive consistently high ratings year after year.”
