Hooters Girls are asking the nation to open their hearts and its wallets in the fight against breast cancer

Once again, Hooters Girls are asking the nation to open their hearts and its wallets in the fight against breast cancer during their month-long October fundraising campaign in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. With close to 25,000 Hooters Girls around the globe in more than 425 restaurants in 42 states and 26 countries Hooters Girls are uniquely qualified to make voices heard in the efforts to find a cure for cancer.

Hooters will officially kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month with three Hooters Calendar signings that are open to the public so that it can join in this important fight. The events will take place at the Hooters in Manhattan located at 155 West 33rd Street just east of Seventh Avenue across from Madison Square Garden on Thursday, September 28, 2017 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and on Friday, September 29, 2017 from 12:30p – 1:30p and Friday evening is 5:30p – 6:30p. These public signings will bring the calendar to life and give Hooter’s friends, fans and loyal customers a chance to interact with some of the beautiful young women featured in the new 2018 calendar. Hooters Girls will be on site to pose for photos, autograph their photo in the calendar and answer questions about the awareness program.

After impressive fundraising campaigns Hooters is proud to have given annual amounts over the past several years in the amounts of $661,824, $725,000 and $811,022 in to the fight against breast cancer, Hooters is setting the bar even higher with a goal of $1 million this year! Consistent with previous years, the money raised will be earmarked for breast cancer awareness and research initiatives.

Proceeds will be derived from $ 1 from the sale of each 2018 Hooters Swimsuit Calendar and .50 (fifty cents each) from delicious custom mixed drinks the Orange Shorts Margarita and the Pink Passion (alcoholic or virgin.) Pink Bracelets with an option to write in the name of a loved one that you support are sold for $3 or more and 100% of each sale goes to the cause.
