The Wellnessing Getaway: A Mindful Journey at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit (Oct 4-7) features unique fitness classes like Soul Yoga and Antigravity Yoga; a therapeutic concert; Buddhist meditation; tea tastings by Mexican Tea Master Olivia Medina de Eurote; a class specifically on wellness for cancer and aging; and juice therapy. Participants will also learn to master the 2,000-year-old tradition of weaving their own dreamcatcher. Known as the ‘Huichol Eye’ which means ‘The Eye of God’, this ancient craft process has been present for centuries amongst the native populations of Coras and Huicholes.
