At the back of the beach is a large expanse of grassland and a freshwater lake. You can also take a walk on the coastal path that passes through the village. Otherwise, the beautiful village church is a great place to worship and meditate as it is open during the summer months. You can find toilet facilities and a fresh fish shop as well as food kiosks selling ice cream and snacks right near the beach. From the months of May up to the end of September, a lifeguard is on duty. Dogs are permitted all throughout the year so have some great time with your family and pet at Beesands Beach.
