Arbor Teas, a family-owned organic tea company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and EveryLibrary, the only national organization focused on securing stable funding for local libraries, have partnered to create a new way of funding library ballot initiatives. Beginning #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving that takes place on November 28th, Arbor Teas will donate 10% of each purchase made at ArborTeas.com using the coupon code EveryLibrary.
“Our primary focus is delivering the highest quality organic teas as sustainably as possible, but underpinning this is a passion to use our success to do good and give back,” said Aubrey Lopatin, co-founder at Arbor Teas. “That’s why Arbor Teas is excited to become a sustaining contributor to EveryLibrary’s efforts to rally communities in support of libraries facing funding challenges.”

“EveryLibrary is only able to train, coach and consult with library communities on Information Only and Vote YES campaigns through the generosity of individual and company donors,” said John Chrastka, founder and executive director at EveryLibrary. “We’re immensely appreciative of Arbor Teas’ ongoing commitment to our efforts, which are critical not only in raising public awareness, but in inspiring action on behalf of libraries.”
