Elicina Skin-Restorative Snail Cream Is Coming Soon to Amazon.com

Regular and pocket-size versions of Eco Elicina Eye Contour Cream, Nourishing Cream and Moisturizing Cream, all recently repackaged to suit U.S. guidelines, are all coming soon to Amazon.com.

Elicina’s breakthrough line of snail cream skincare products, recently featured on CNN Money, is coming soon the world’s largest online retailer, Amazon.com.

Elicina products are centered on the decades-old knowledge that snail mucin has the ability to help repair skin damage. This property was supported by scientific studies, indicating snail mucin helps with production of collagen and elastin through its key ingredients: hyaluronic acid, glycoprotein enzymes, proteoglycans and antimicrobial copper peptides. These peptides, proteins and vitamins all are anti-inflammatory.

“Snail mucin was first used in beauty products by Chilean skincare brand Elicina in 1995,” Mark Tutton wrote in a recent CNN Money piece. “The idea came from snail farmers in the country, who claimed that scratches on their hands healed faster when they handled garden snails.”
