Creative Group Appoints Mark Warman as Vice President, Business Services

Mark’s experience in global event marketing, combined with his ability to help grow a technology start-up company perfectly positions him for his work at Creative Group, said Janet Traphagen, Creative Group president.

Creative Group, Inc., a full-service meeting, incentive, and recognition company, announced that Mark Warman has joined the company as Vice President, Business Services, effective immediately.

Warman will be responsible for the company’s finance, technology and procurement operations. He will also leverage his merger and acquisition expertise to further Creative Group’s strategy and operational plan to expand through acquisition.

“Mark’s experience in global event marketing, combined with his ability to help grow a technology start-up company perfectly positions him for his work at Creative Group,” said Janet Traphagen, Creative Group president.

About Mark Warman

Warman has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting operations with emerging, middle-market companies. His industry background includes Technology, Meetings & Events and Healthcare. Most recently, Mark has served as a Chief Financial Officer for a digital marketing company and Controller for an online event marketer.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth’s School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois in Chicago. Warman is also a Certified Public Accountant.
