According to Forbes, over half a million new businesses launch each month in the U.S. Unfortunately, new businesses close at an even faster rate. Company consultant, lawyer and small business owner, Lloyd Lim believes this problem might stem from a lack and inability to receive proper business training. Lim looks to level the playing field with “Business Tools, Not Platitudes: With Staff Training Modules.”
“Business Tools, Not Platitudes” introduces entrepreneurs and managers to Business 101. Lim shares essential concepts such as identifying issues, developing a strategic plan, asking the correct questions and managing an effective company. Additionally, this must-have guide sheds light on upside and downside risks, with an included appendix for staff training modules.
“The job market is changing,” Lim said. “The future will be focused more on independent contractor work. As a result, there is a need for a concise, practical business book that people, who are not able to go to school, can use. Business Tools, Not Platitudes is that manual.”
Lim’s business savvy and understanding will help any reader who has been unable to secure training and is still looking to enter the competitive business environment. For more information, please visit http://www.lloydlimsolutions.com .
