Career Step Announces New Physical Therapy Aide Career Training Program

Career Step, an online provider of career-focused education and professional training, is pleased to announce the launch of its Physical Therapy Aide program. This new online program will help students gain the skills they need to excel in the growing physical therapy sector of the healthcare industry.

With our online format coupled with strong student support, we make education more convenient and accessible and thereby empower students to learn when and where it works best for them.”

The new Physical Therapy Aide program includes 275 hours of curriculum designed to be completed in as little as 4 months. The training prepares students to help keep a physical therapy facility running smoothly as they interact with patients and medical personnel.

The program will teach students Microsoft Office skills, the duties of a physical therapy aide, anatomy and pathophysiology, among other topics. Upon graduation, students will receive a voucher to take the Certified Physical Therapy Aide Specialist (CPTAS) exam offered through the National Career Certification Board (NCCB).
