This brand new and exciting entertainment option will bring Good Food, Good Music, Good Friends and Great Times to the Santa Clarita Valley this fall. The Canyon – Santa Clarita is the company’s fifth premier venue. SVV is excited to bring their winning experience comprising full dinner service and entertainment by nationally-acclaimed acts to the area, allowing bigger-name music artists to perform in the Santa Clarita Valley for the first time in years. The company’s owner and founder Lance Sterling brings an independent, “corporate refugee” spirit to each of his venues. This includes taking on larger booking and promotional companies’ monopolistic business practices that have contributed to the entertainment drought in areas of Southern California outside of the Los Angeles metro district. The company’s independent spirit along with their growing network of locations breaks these monopolies allowing SVV to bring convenient, premier entertainment to the region.
The Canyon – Santa Clarita’s location at Westfield Valencia Town Center is being completely revamped with new professional concert lighting, a state-of-the art sound system, projection screens airing videos, and an intimate setting to see your favorite bands and comedians.
Similar to the company’s venue in Pasadena, The Rose, The Canyon – Santa Clarita will feature a CaliBurger outlet, bar, VIP lounge, and an upscale but moderately priced dinner service in a space that will comfortably house around 1,100 guests. SVV takes pride in their menu that is influenced by world-renowned restaurateurs, and their incorporation of technology into the ordering and dining experience. The company has recently started a pilot program where patrons can send a text to have drinks quickly delivered directly to their table and hopes to expand this…
