‘Black-ish’ Star Marcus Scribner, ‘Speechless’ Star Mason Cook Want A Crossover Episode

Can you imagine what a “Black-ish” and “Speechless” crossover would look like? Probably just one laugh after another mixed with one heartwarming moment after the next.

Well, one Twitter user took to the social platform to suggest just that. The user tweeted that a crossover should be made because the shows’ characters, Ray from “Speechless” and Junior from “Black-ish,” would probably be best friends should they ever meet.

Though the account didn’t tag the actor who plays Ray, Mason Cook, he found the tweet and decided that the user was on to something. “Good idea,” he tweeted in response. “What do you think @MarcusScriber?”

With Cook now on board with the crossover plan, he wanted to reach out to Marcus Scribner, who plays Junior on “Black-ish” to find out what he thought about it all.

When Bow (Tracee Ellis Ross) reminds Dre that there’s more to charity than just writing check, he decides to donate some of his clothes. Meanwhile, Junior fails his driving test, bringing Ruby (Jenifer Lewis) to offer to chaperone a trip with him and the twins on an interesting outing.

After watching the new “Black-ish,” viewers will only have to wait another day until they can watch a brand new “Speechless” Wednesday.

“Two tickets to the premiere of ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ promise a glorious night for JJ (Micah Fowler) and Ray until JJ’s pulled to the dark side by a pretty classmate who hopes to take Ray’s ticket,” the synopsis teases. “Back at home, Maya (Minnie…
