Beers go wild at Fullerton Arboretum event – Orange County Register

Los Angeles wild food researcher Pascal Baudar taught members of the community how to make beer with local plants, such as yarrow and mugwort, in the Wild Beers Workshop at the Fullerton Arboretum on Sunday, June 25.

Students learned how to extract wild yeast and create sugar from fruits.
