The Bainbridge Companies, a leading owner, developer and manager of luxury multifamily communities in the eastern U.S., today announced that its portfolio continues to grow at a brisk pace as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
Bainbridge recently acquired Delray Verana, a 488-unit community in Delray Beach. Additionally, the company continued to expand its portfolio by earning the management responsibilities for the 250-unit Fairway Vista Apartments in West Palm Beach and the 88-unit Seascape Apartments in Palm Beach Shores.
The additions are just a small part of the company’s aggressive but strategic growth throughout Florida and across the eastern United States. Earlier this year, Bainbridge announced its portfolio had surpassed the 20,000-unit mark.
“We are excited about continuing to grow throughout the eastern United States, but the Florida market has always been such a critical part of our portfolio, and we remain committed to expanding our presence there,” said Kevin Keane, Executive Vice President and COO for The Bainbridge Companies. “These new partnerships provide powerful testimony to the successes we have experienced in Florida and to the faith and confidence that the investment community has in our ability to deliver quality multifamily communities and optimal returns in this competitive multifamily market.
“Since our company’s beginning, we have been dedicated to building, from our top executives on down, a team of detail-oriented experts who have a firm and complete grasp on the markets in which we operate,” Keane said. “The result is that we’re able to deliver best-in-class experiences to our residents and superior returns to our business partners, both in Florida and the other markets in which we’re strategically growing.”
