Advantage Engineers and Synergy Join Forces to Create a National Professional Services Firm

Advantage Engineers, LLC, a professional services company providing comprehensive consulting solutions in the highly specialized fields of telecommunications, geotechnical and environmental engineering and California-based Synergy Development Services and Synergy Engineering Services (“Synergy”), an all-inclusive telecommunications engineering and consulting firm servicing the country’s leading wireless carriers, announced today a merger agreement. The combined entity will have over 300 employees across the country, enabling it to better serve national and regional customers. Synergy will operate as a division of Advantage Engineers.

Advantage Engineers also announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed John McGrath as Chief Executive Officer. McGrath has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry and has served as Advantage Engineers’ Chief Operating Officer since 2012. He will succeed Advantage Engineers’ founder Ed Balsavage, who will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
