‘Tis the season for twinkling lights, eggnog, and, of course, your favorite pop stars singing Christmas carols on TV. 

In addition to all your old favorite holiday specials airing on TV this December, networks are also filling the airwaves with new specials from pop stars, country musicians, a capella groups, former Saturday Night Live cast members and two Doctor Whos

But don’t worry, we’ve got a guide to the various original specials this holiday season, some of which are available to stream. From country music fans to sci-fi fans, there’s something for everyone. 

If you’re a Blake and Gwen obsessive: Gwen Stefani’s You Make it Feel Like Christmas

Stefani is going all-in on Christmas this year with a new holiday album, You Make It Feel Like Christmas, and a holiday special of the same name on NBC. Her boyfriend, People’s recently-crowned Sexiest Man Alive Blake Shelton, dutifully makes an appearance, as does a potpourri of guest stars including Chelsea Handler, Ken Jeong, Seth MacFarlane and Ne-Yo.

If you’re dreaming of an R&B Christmas: Taraji’s White Hot Holidays

There’s a bevy of holiday specials this season touting famous musicians performing Christmas standards. But there’s only one that includes the Ying Yang Twins. That would be Taraji’s White Hot Holidays, which returns to FOX for its third year of rap and R&B performances with Taraji P. Henson playing the evening’s hostess. The list of musical guests features Ciara, Chaka Khan, Faith Evans, Fergie, Leslie Odom Jr., Salt-N-Pepa and her Empire co-star Jussie Smollett, with other stars like DJ Khaled and Jay Pharoah making special appearances, along with other surprise names.
