Old friends reconnect as Stephenville marks anniversary of base closure

Fifty years after Stephenville’s U.S. Air Force base was closed, people are gathering to remember and reflect. The town is marking the anniversary with a two-week celebration of the Harmon Air Force Base and the Americans stationed there, from July 26 to August 7.
