A Haircut for French Taxpayers? Hollande’s $10,000-a-Month Stylist Is Revealed

The investigative and satirical newspaper Le Canard Enchaîné reported on Wednesday that President François Hollande’s personal hairdresser has been paid 9,895 euros — over $10,000 — per month since Mr. Hollande was elected in 2012, about the same amount as a government minister’s salary. A 2015 visitor endorses a previous recommendation of the ‘brilliant’ and well-placed four-star Sporthotel for its ‘exceptional food’ and ‘traditional Tirolean style’. The Evaldo is ‘thoroughly recommended’; the Malta too – ‘central, excellent food, very spacious rooms’. Apartments Self-catering accommodation is available. Eating out Restaurant choice is limited. Colorado deputies free bear trapped inside a Subaru

Wednesday, July 13th, 2016:

A Colorado teen decided she wasn’t going to work after discovering a bear had locked itself in her Subaru.  Sheriff’s deputies in Jefferson County, Colo., responded to the call about a bear stuck inside a car on Tuesday morning.  The vehicle belonged to 17-year-old Annie Bruecker, who admitted she forgot to lock it the night before. “My mom screamed from downstairs and I thought that I was in trouble,” Bruecker told local Denver media. “She said, ‘Annie, there’s a bear in your car.'” ​ Bruecker is still wondering how the bear managed to lock itself inside the vehicle. The windows weren’t broken, but somehow the bear was able to crawl inside and close […] Read More →
